Oh, a new secret Santa chain sounds fun! I agree the old one seems inactive. I think a DIY/Shopping mix could be interesting – gives people options! It might also attract more participants who aren't super crafty. You could even set a budget limit. By the way, speaking of creative ideas, have you guys seen Crazy Cattle 3D? It's strangely addictive!
